Responsible Gaming

Parental control
Never leave a signed-in cashier open on a shared device. If a minor accesses a shared device, the account holder is responsible.
Where to get help
In Switzerland: SOS Jeu (free helpline), Safer Gambling Schweiz (self-tests and counselling). International: GamCare (UK, English/multilingual).
Limits and tools
Bingoal offers deposit, loss, session-time and single-bet limits from the Account → Responsible Play menu. Set them before you deposit, not after.
Self exclusion
Time-out (24 hours to 6 months) or self-exclusion (permanent for the operator's brand) are both available from the same menu. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be lifted early.
Self check quiz
Ask yourself: in the last month, did I bet more than I planned? Did I return the next day to win back losses? Did I feel guilty? Two 'yes' answers indicate elevated risk — seek help below.
Underage protection
Bingoal verifies age against a government-issued ID at KYC; if you share a device with a minor, install a device-level block via SafeToNet or Google Family Link.
Signs of problem
Chasing losses, borrowing to bet, lying to family about time or money spent, missing work — if two or more of these apply to your play, stop and get help now.
