Scoring

Every reviewed operator gets a score from 0 to 10 in five sections: bonus terms (wagering, expiry, restrictions), payments (methods, limits, speed), app quality (crashes per session, biometric login, features), support (response time, quality) and safety (licence, tools, KYC turnaround). The published score is the mean of the five, rounded to one decimal.

Example walkthrough

Take Bingoal's welcome pack for example: 100% up to CHF 200, wagering x35, expiry 30 days — bonus terms 7.5/10 because wagering is at the median of the reference set and expiry is generous. Payments score 8/10 (Twint + PostFinance + cards + Skrill). App 8.5/10 (biometric, cash-out, small size). Overall in the 8.0 band.

Criteria

Bonus terms are scored against a Swiss reference set of ten operators: an offer with x30 wagering scores 8/10 for wagering, x40 scores 6/10, x50+ scores 4/10 or lower. Payments favour local rails (Twint, PostFinance) over international ones (Skrill, cards). App quality is a two-week live test with a shared test account.
